General Notice: Upcoming Bid for Functional Replacement Barge Dock

Pease Development Authority Division of Ports and Harbors (Owner) will be requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Functional Replacement Barge Dock, Market St. Marine Terminal, Portsmouth, NH

*DATE CHANGE: Bids for the construction of the Project are expected to be advertised on or around September 12, 2023.

The Project includes the following Work:

The project includes a steel/concrete extension to the north and to the south, replacing the fender system along the existing wharf, shoreside excavation, blasting, grading, and paving, contaminated soil handling and disposal, relocating a floating dock, and dredging and in-water blasting. The construction cost is estimated to be approximately $38 million.
